We want you to love your Avani™ sandals. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused or gently tried on indoors

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free size exchanges within 15 days. Contact us and we’ll take care of it.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
